Identifying individual sources of drag in the water. We analyse each athlete's movement patterns and provide specific technical drills to reduce resistance and improve efficiency. The goal is not a perfect textbook stroke, but a more efficient one based on your own technique.
An endurance assessment session to establish a baseline for the week.
Analysing running style, movement efficiency and injury risk. Rather than trying to completely change an athlete's natural running style, we aim to improve running economy and help you understand how to move more efficiently while reducing injury risk.
An open Q&A with the coaching team to close out the day.
Technique and pacing.
Focus on cadence when riding a hilly course.
How to activate and strengthen the muscles that matter most to triathletes. We work on stability, core strength, hip function, posture and movement control to improve performance while reducing the risk of injury, a triathlon specific session that impacts swimming, cycling and running.
Focus on technique.
Splitting into different level groups as required, group rides focus on endurance.
A track session that looks to improve strength and stability.
Open water swim, conditions dependent, with a focus on techniques in open water.

Intervals that focus on speed and transition.
Short, high intensity triathlon repetitions, designed to improve anaerobic capacity, lactate tolerance, VO2 max and cardiovascular fitness. At race intensity this session can improve speed, the ability to handle repeated changes of pace, transition skills and technique execution under fatigue. A fun and highly effective session that differs from long traditional triathlon training.
A yoga session that aids flexibility and functional movement patterns for endurance athletes. It improves mobility, reduces muscular tension, supports efficient movement patterns and promotes recovery, and can be used as an activation before training or a recovery session afterwards.
Open water swim, conditions dependent, with emphasis on recovery and technique.
Splitting into different level groups as required, a longer ride followed by a run. A typical brick session that fights fatigue, building physical and mental tolerance.
An open Q&A with the coaching team to close out the day.
A final pool swim session with a focus on power and speed.
Hotel departure per individual itineraries.
The programme is designed around high quality sessions rather than high training volume. Most sessions are relatively short but very purposeful.
The schedule is a guide, not a contract. Athletes train at their own pace, attend the sessions that suit them, and add volume if they want it. The coaching team is there to support whatever you need from the week.
