Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with SunTri. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking, you are entering into an agreement with us. Please review our terms and conditions of booking below.

Prices

The price of group triathlon holidays includes half-board accommodation (breakfast and dinner) and access to triathlon-focused activities on each full day of your stay. SunTri reserves the right to modify activities based on weather conditions, safety considerations, and the abilities of participants.

Acceptance of Children

We welcome children to attend SunTri holidays with their parents. However, the minimum age to participate in group triathlon activities is 16 years.

Payment

Bookings can be made by calling the SunTri office at 01432 860609. However, your booking will only be confirmed once a booking form is completed and full payment is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis and must be agreed upon in writing.  

Cancellation and Insurance

By confirming your booking, our agreement becomes a legal contract. The following cancellation terms apply:

– Cancellation more than 31 days prior to departure: 15% of the booking total is non-refundable.

– Cancellation 10–30 days prior to arrival: 60% of the booking total is non-refundable.

– Cancellation within 10 days of arrival: The full booking amount is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that your holiday insurance includes cancellation coverage. It is a condition of your booking that you have valid travel insurance covering triathlon-related activities. Insurance documents and emergency contact numbers must be presented to SunTri staff upon arrival.

Road Transportation

SunTri accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during road transportation to or from triathlon activities. Delays caused by mechanical issues or traffic incidents are beyond our control. However, we will endeavour to arrange alternative transportation if necessary.

Non-availability of Accommodation

In the unlikely event that your accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to provide alternative arrangements. If this is not possible or acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided. Our liability is limited to the refund amount.

Arrival

Accommodation will be available from 1:30 PM on the day of arrival unless an earlier check-in is arranged in advance.

Departure  

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon checkout.

Liability and Safety

We do not accept liability for damage, loss, or injury to guests, their belongings, or bicycles unless caused by proven negligence by our staff or contractors. Guests must conduct themselves safely and responsibly during SunTri-organised activities.

Participants are required to wear a helmet while cycling as part of any organised activity. Hired bicycles are provided in proper working condition. It is your responsibility to maintain them in the same condition during the hire period and report any issues to SunTri staff immediately.

Privacy Policy

All data collected during your booking will be securely stored. With your consent, we may contact you about promotions and offers. Your details will never be shared with third parties.
